God is Help
This week, students will be learning that God is help. While Jesus was on the earth, there were many that He helped. Whether it was the truth about the kingdom or merely meeting the physical needs that someone may have, He always met people where they were at and reminded them of who He is. This week, you will be learning about how Jesus is our help whenever we need Him and be reminded of the fact that He will always be there for us. 1. Why is it hard to recognize that we need help? 2. What stops us from asking for help if we need it? 3. Why is it important to know that God is help? How does this understanding change the way in which we live? |
Children's BooksHere, we will periodically post children's books that are Christ-centered for children to enioy! What does it mean that Jesus lives within our heart? When Jesus comes into the heart of someone who believes and loves Him, He changes their lives. Listen in as we read about what Jesus does in your life when He lives within your heart!Jesus knew how scary it is when someone gets really sick. He knew how sad it is when someone dies. Jesus cried when his friend, Lazarus, died. But he did something at his friend’s tomb that changed everything. He showed that he came to give his friends life after death. Whether children are coming to terms with the illness or death of a loved one, or simply fearful of when that day might come, this book reassures them with the amazing truth that Jesus came to to say goodbye to goodbyes—forever.
